1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Crewnaut platform ("Service"), operated by Crewnaut Tecnologia Ltda. ("we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Crewnaut is a SaaS platform that allows you to create, configure, and deploy artificial intelligence agents for automated customer service via WhatsApp and other communication channels. The Service includes:

• Creation and configuration of AI agents from pre-defined blueprints;
• Integration with communication channels (WhatsApp, webchat, and others);
• Management dashboard for monitoring and controlling agents;
• Shared or dedicated infrastructure, depending on the plan.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. Plans and Payments

The Service is offered in different subscription plans, with prices and features described on the pricing page. Payments are processed monthly through our payment partner. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Credits included in each plan are consumed by the use of AI agents (language model calls). Unused credits are not carried over to the next month. Additional credits can be purchased separately.

5. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use agents for spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment;
• Violate applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
• Attempt to access systems or data of other users without authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other elements of the Service are the exclusive property of Crewnaut or its licensors. Content generated by your AI agents belongs to you, subject to the limitations of the language model providers used.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI agents will always provide accurate or appropriate responses. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising your agents' behavior. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we identify a violation of these Terms, without prejudice to other applicable measures. You can close your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification in the Service at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged.
